Limited options, slow, ice cream taste is just so so. Went here after dinner. The location is prime due to vicinity to restaurants / walking path / apartments. It was a bit slow to get our order. The milkshake we ordered was nothing special but the price is a bit much. I would go out of my way to go here but if you are hot and in the area and want an ice cream it’s ok.

Hands down probably the best consistently good ice cream in the dfw metro. The secret to their dominance is every order is made fresh, same -700 degree nitrogen cold making every serving. No scoops or ice cream sitting for days. Each one is handmade and you can taste the difference with their high quality cream and ingredients. I keep going back and they knock it out of the park every time.

I am a frequent customer at Creamistry in Las Colinas, and I really enjoy the ice cream and the service provided by the employees. However, there is one ongoing issue that I feel needs to be addressed: the restroom is never available or functioning. I have asked the staff about it on several occasions, and I am always told that the restroom is not working. I understand that the employees are not to blame, but the owner or management should do something to resolve this issue. As customers, we should have access to a clean and functional restroom during our visit. While this may not be a full-service restaurant, it is still a business that serves food and drinks, and it is always very busy. Every time I visit, there are plenty of customers, so it is only reasonable that many people will need to use the restroom. It is hard to understand why a business with so much customer traffic cannot provide a working restroom. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the problem, as it negatively affects the overall customer experience.

Extremely expensive for a single scoop of ice cream, especially considering the portion size and overall experience. We waited nearly 20 minutes for one scoop, which felt unreasonable. The customer service was disappointing. When we walked in, the employee at the register stared at us but never greeted us or explained how ordering worked. Since there was a kiosk, I eventually placed the order there myself. I was also surprised to see a service charge added during checkout. Charging a service fee for a single scoop of ice cream seems excessive. The ice cream itself was smooth and creamy, and I understand that the nitrogen preparation is meant to make it unique. However, it simply wasn’t worth nearly $10 for such a small scoop. The topping was also underwhelming. After paying extra, I expected something more substantial than two Biscoff cookies on top. Presentation was lacking, service was poor, and the value just wasn’t there. While the ice cream was decent, the overall experience did not justify the price.

I was expecting something more unique given the liquid nitrogen concept, but it turned out to be more like a classic ice cream experience. The flavor was good, and it actually had a rich, creamy texture rather than an icy feel.
